Lifetime warranty on our rings

Rings purchased from LABGROWNLOVE are covered by a warranty against material and manufacturing defects for an unlimited period from delivery. Coverage applies regardless of the buyer's place of residence and includes configured rings. Wear and damage caused by improper handling are excluded.

Remedy and claims procedure

We will remedy material or manufacturing defects free of charge. If this is not possible, we will provide an equivalent replacement. We bear the transport, labour and material costs necessary to fulfil the warranty.

Please email or write to us with proof of purchase or your order number and a description of the defect. Photographs can help with assessment. We will arrange the return and further procedure with you. Please send the ring only after receiving our shipping instructions so that suitable transport can be arranged.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected

If the goods are defective, you have statutory rights against us as the seller independently of this warranty. Exercising those rights is free of charge. This warranty does not restrict them. For new goods, the statutory limitation period for defect claims is generally two years from delivery; special statutory provisions remain unaffected. You may rely directly on your statutory rights.

One-time resizing

One resizing is free within 60 days of delivery. After that, it costs €70. A ring that is too large can be reduced by one to a maximum of five sizes; a ring that is too small can be enlarged by one to two sizes. Please contact us to arrange this service. This additional service limits neither the right of withdrawal nor statutory rights concerning defects.
