General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop of Kell & Klein GbR, Anton-Engels-Straße, 50389 Wesseling, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”).

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Order with payment" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after you submit your order.

4. Prices and shipping costs

The prices listed are final prices. Due to the small business regulation according to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), we do not charge sales tax and therefore do not display it. Shipping costs may apply in addition to the value of the goods; these will be clearly stated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available throughout Europe. Delivery times are specified for each product. We will notify you by email if there are any delays.

6. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process: credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, bank transfer, etc.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Information on this can be found in our cancellation policy .

9. Warranty

Statutory liability for defects applies. For custom-made products (e.g., customized rings), there is no right of return unless there is a defect.

10. Dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
