This is how your diamond is created
The supplied material is processed in a special high-pressure press under extreme temperatures. During this process, the carbon atoms arrange themselves into a solid crystal structure – the diamond begins to grow. After several weeks, a unique crystal emerges, which is then cut and polished until its full brilliance is revealed.
The result: a genuine, beautiful diamond with personal meaning.
Recommended lead time:
Since the production of your diamond – from initial contact to completion – takes several weeks, we recommend submitting your request at least six months in advance.
This leaves enough time for consultation, design coordination and the manufacturing process.
Process: How your personal memorial diamond is created

The 8-Diamonds team will then contact you directly to discuss all the details. Together, they will determine the best way to fulfill your personal wish.
After voting, you will receive all the information for the safe delivery of your organic material – such as hair, fur, or ashes. The material will be packaged airtight and handled with the utmost care.
Once the material arrives at the laboratory, the manufacturing process begins. Under high pressure and heat, your unique memorial diamond is created within approximately 60 working days.
After production is complete, the diamond undergoes final inspection, cutting, and certification. Your diamond will then be delivered – according to your preference – via insured shipping or handed over personally.
