For security reasons, delivery addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot redirect the package to another address for any reason.
DHL typically makes three (3) delivery attempts. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to Labgrownlove. We will contact you to discuss further steps.
Risk of loss and title to the item pass to you, the customer, upon delivery to the carrier.
