Right of return

All returns

  • Once you have requested and accepted your return, you have 7 days to send it.
  • All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all original documentation that was included with the purchase.
  • Returns without the lab-grown diamond certificate (if applicable) will be subject to a replacement fee of $100 per missing card.
    Returns with signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
  • Packages without a return number or packages that were refused delivery will not be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to restrict access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of users who make fraudulent returns. Our complete policy regarding fraudulent returns can be found in the "Returns" section of our Terms and Conditions.

Return to the original payment method

  • · Most items can be returned for a refund to your original payment method.
  • All pre-made and Design Your Ring models can be returned for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return only against credit note

  • Fine jewelry, custom-made items, and Truly Custom orders can only be returned for credit. If the item can only be returned for credit, we will indicate this on the product detail page. The lifetime manufacturer's warranty and repair process still apply and can be used at any time.
  • All custom-made items, including Truly Custom pieces, can only be returned for credit. If you use the credit toward a new, custom piece of jewelry through Truly Custom, this is considered a redesign and can only be returned once. Once the redesign is complete and the order is placed with credit, the redesigned piece is final sale. The lifetime manufacturer's warranty and repair process remain in effect and can be used at any time. Our lifetime manufacturer's warranty applies to all Truly Custom purchases.

Return conditions for cashback offers

  • Irrevocable third-party cashback offers are regularly available on third-party marketplaces (e.g., from credit card companies and banks, airlines, hospitality loyalty programs, and employee rewards programs). These offers provide discounts on purchases in the form of cashback or credit.
  • Orders from Labgrownlove that include an irrevocable cashback offer from third-party retailers cannot be fully refunded, but can be returned for a credit note.

How to return an order

  • Initiate return
    Labgrownlove offers a 30-day free return policy from the date your order ships. Most items can be returned for a full refund to your original payment method. High-quality jewelry, custom-made pieces, and customized items can only be returned for credit. If your order is eligible, we will email you a FedEx shipping label with your return authorization number. The return authorization number is valid for seven (7) days. To process your return, please contact one of our customer service representatives using one of the contact options below.
  • Prepare your return
    Please include the original packaging, your return slip, and any diamond certificates. If the diamond certificate is not returned, $100 will be deducted from your refund.
    Place your jewelry in the original packaging.
    Place the jewelry packaging (with your jewelry) in a shipping box. We recommend using the original box from your order. Alternatively, you can purchase a FedEx box at your local FedEx store.
    Place the return slip along with the jewelry in the shipping box.
    Once the items are packed in a larger shipping box, seal it and stick the prepaid label on the outside of the shipping box.
    For security reasons, please refrain from writing the terms “jewelry,” “diamonds,” or similar terms on the package.
  • Send your return
    Drop off the shipment at your nearest FedEx location. Labgrownlove and FedEx assume no responsibility for packages left in FedEx mailboxes or at non-FedEx locations.
    Obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm shipment. This receipt serves as proof of insurance.
    If you choose an alternative shipping method, you can return the item using any carrier. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For your protection, please ensure your shipment is fully secured and sign for delivery. Please also request a return receipt to confirm that your shipment has been received by Labgrownlove. Labgrownlove is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Refund process

  • Reception and inspection
    Once we receive the return, our quality assurance team will inspect the condition of the returned item.
    The receipt and review time may be up to seven (7) business days.
  • refund
    Refunds for special orders, including Truly Custom special orders, will be issued as a credit to the account used at the time of purchase. You will still be responsible for payments made through your original payment method.
    Refunds for pre-made styles and Design Your Ring styles will be issued via the original method of payment or by check if the original method of payment was bank transfer, cash, or certain other payments with special handling.
    For credit card refunds, it may take up to one monthly billing cycle for your credit to appear.
