Right of return

Resizing

• A one-time resizing of the ring is included in the purchase price if the ring is too large. Resizing for rings that are too small is not possible.

All Returns

• Once your return has been requested and accepted, you have 7 days to send it.
• All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all original documentation provided with the purchase.
• Returns without the lab-grown or natural diamond certificate (if applicable) will incur a replacement fee of €100 per missing card.
  Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
• Packages without a return number or packages refused upon delivery will not be refunded.
• We reserve the right to restrict access to the website and/or suspend the accounts of users who abuse returns. Our full policy on users who abuse returns can be found in the "Returns" section of our Terms and Conditions.

Refund to Original Payment Method

• Most items can be returned for a refund to your original payment method.
• All pre-made models that have not been personalized (e.g., with engravings) or created in the ring configurator can be returned for a full refund to your original payment method.

• The lifetime manufacturer's warranty and repair service remain valid and can be claimed at any time.
• All custom-made items, including Truly Custom bespoke orders, are non-refundable.
  

Return Policy for Cashback Offers

• Irreversible third-party cashback offers are regularly available on third-party marketplaces (e.g., from credit card companies and banks, airlines, hospitality loyalty programs, and employee bonus programs). These offers provide discounts on purchases in the form of cashback or credits.
• Orders from Labgrownlove that include an irreversible third-party cashback offer cannot be fully refunded but can be returned for store credit.

How to Return an Order

• Initiate a Return
  Labgrownlove offers a 14-day free return policy from the receipt of your order. Most items, as long as they are not personalized or created in the ring configurator, can be returned for a full refund to your original payment method. If your order is eligible, we will email you a shipping label with your return number. The return number is valid for seven (7) days. To process your return, please contact one of our customer service representatives using one of the contact options below.
• Prepare Your Return
  Include the original packaging, your return slip, and all diamond certificates. If the diamond certificate is not returned, €100 will be withheld from your refund.
  Place your jewelry in its original packaging.
  Place the jewelry packaging (with your jewelry) in a shipping box. We recommend using the original box from your order. Alternatively, you can purchase a box at your post office.
  Place the return slip along with the jewelry in the shipping box.
  Once the items are packed in a larger shipping box, seal it and affix the pre-paid label to the outside of the shipping box.
  For security reasons, please refrain from writing "jewelry," "diamonds," or similar terms on the package.
• Ship Your Return
  Drop off the shipment at your nearest branch. Labgrownlove assumes no responsibility for packages left in mailboxes.
  Obtain a receipt to confirm shipment. This receipt serves as proof of insurance.
  If you choose a different shipping method, you can return the shipment with any carrier. However, you will bear the return shipping costs yourself. For your protection, please ensure your shipment is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery. Also, request a return receipt to confirm that your shipment has arrived at Labgrownlove. Labgrownlove assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged items during the return process.

Refund Process

• Receipt and Inspection
  Once we receive the return, our quality assurance team will inspect the condition of the returned item.
  The receipt and inspection time can take up to seven (7) business days.
• Refund
  Refunds for custom orders, including Truly Custom bespoke orders, are not possible.
  For credit card refunds, it may take up to one monthly billing cycle for your credit to appear.
