Shipping conditions
- We require a signature to deliver all orders.
- We only ship to residential or business addresses. PO boxes are not accepted.
- For security reasons, delivery addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
- Once an order has been placed, we cannot redirect the package to another address for any reason.
- FedEx typically makes three (3) delivery attempts. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to Grown Brilliance. We will contact you to discuss further steps.
- Risk of loss and title to the item pass to you, the customer, upon delivery to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays due to bad weather, carrier delays, or incorrect or updated address information.
