Delivery area and shipping costs

We deliver within Europe to the countries available for selection at checkout. Standard shipping within Europe is free. Express delivery is optional and subject to a charge: €89 for express delivery (2–3 weeks), or €109 for express delivery (2–3 weeks) with delivery before noon. The options available for your delivery address are displayed at checkout.

We deliver to the European countries available for selection at checkout. Deliveries outside the European Union may incur additional statutory import charges. These are not shipping costs and must be paid to the relevant authorities.

Processing and delivery times

Delivery takes 3–4 weeks with standard delivery and 2–3 weeks with express delivery. These periods include processing, production and shipping. Individually agreed delivery dates take precedence. We will inform you of foreseeable delays. Your statutory rights in the event of delay, non-delivery or impossibility of performance remain unaffected.

Delivery and tracking

We ship with DHL. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email. We deliver to residential or business addresses; we do not deliver to PO boxes. A signature is required on delivery.

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. For security reasons, subsequent changes or redirection cannot be guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if there is an error; we will check which corrections are still possible.

The number and handling of delivery attempts depend on the shipping service booked. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to clarify the next steps. Statutory claims and rights remain unaffected.

Transport risk and damage

For consumer purchases, we bear the risk of accidental loss and accidental damage until the goods are handed over to you or a recipient designated by you. The statutory exception applies if you yourself commission a carrier that we had not previously named.

Transport insurance or its coverage limit does not restrict your statutory claims against us. Please notify us of visible transport damage or a missing parcel so that we can resolve the matter promptly. Immediate notification or specific documentation is not a condition for consumers to retain their statutory rights.

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Returns

The withdrawal instructions, information about the free return label and the model withdrawal form can be found under Right of withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal, we bear the statutory risk of return shipment.
